PTS, Taiwan's public broadcaster, publishes a compact daily news round-up read by its anchors. Broadcast news is the clearest formal speech available and the fixed daily structure makes the framing predictable, which is why a short bulletin like this works well as a daily listening habit. It is also the easiest way to get regular Taiwanese Mandarin into your ears rather than mainland media. Topic changes come fast and there are no transcripts in the feed.
