Bernardo Mendonça has been recording these conversations for Expresso since 2016, now well past 470 episodes, with actors, writers, musicians and people nobody has heard of. It is the gentlest listening on this page for its level: one guest at a time, no crosstalk, long reflective answers in full sentences about childhood, work, loss and everyday life — the register you actually need in Portugal, not political jargon.
