What it is
A daily culture-and-conversation show that has been running since the 2000s, mixing studio guests with listener contributions. This is where you hear how Portuguese people actually talk to each other: overlapping speech, slang, jokes that depend on knowing the country. Genuinely difficult, and not the place to start — but if you are at C1 and stuck on colloquial register, it is exactly the right medicine.
