Rádio Observador's daily opinion programme: José Manuel Fernandes takes one story at 10h10 in about seven minutes, and a longer panel debate with Helena Matos and guests follows, often over an hour. Two very different listens from one feed — the short piece is a single voice at radio pace and is the way in at B2, while the debates are three people interrupting each other and are genuinely hard.
