Bilmasri [in Egyptian Arabic]
MSA texts rewritten in Egyptian, read slowly, then explained in English.
What it actually is
Nesrin Amin took news stories and fiction in Modern Standard Arabic, adapted them into Egyptian, read the Egyptian version slowly and then spent the second half explaining in English exactly which sounds, endings and words had changed. Nothing else answers the question an MSA-trained learner actually has when they arrive in Cairo. It stopped publishing in 2022 and bilmasri.com is now offline, so this is an archive: the episodes still stream, the blog transcripts no longer resolve.
