What it actually is
A Pakistani teacher working through everyday sentences and phrases in very short videos — "how do you feel about it", "I'd like to know", thirty sentences at a time. It is repetitive by design and has almost no production values, which makes it good for exactly one thing: drilling patterns until they are automatic. Not a course; there is no order to follow.
