What it actually is

Runs OCR over manga pages and produces an HTML reader where the text is real selectable text overlaid on the artwork, which means Yomitan works on it. That turns manga from a hard-to-look-things-up format into one of the most accessible ways to read Japanese. Free and open source, but it is a command-line Python tool that you point at files you already own, so expect some setup and no content included.
