What it actually is

Produced by Pendragon Education with EU Lifelong Learning Programme support, it runs two levels — 'First Steps in Turkish' (A1) and the fuller A2 course — around practical situations for travel, work and family, ending in a completion certificate. It is ad-free and its progression is more coherent than most app courses at this level. Pricing is €9 a month or €59 a year with one free sample lesson, and the platform feels dated next to commercial competitors. Note the project has moved to turkishonline.eu; the old handsonturkish.com address now redirects there.
