What it actually is

Yunus Emre Enstitüsü is Turkey's official cultural institute, and its learning portal plus very active YouTube channel deliver a free, level-tagged path through Turkish grammar — the channel was posting B1 topics (dilek kipi, -DIkçA, -DIğI sürece) several times a week in August 2026. Being state-funded, there is nothing to buy and no upsell. Caveats: the portal's interface is clunky and registration-driven, and its TLS certificate chain is incomplete, so some browsers and tools flag the site even though it loads normally in Chrome.
