M80 Rádio
Seventies-to-noughties hits, presented slowly — the gentlest of the big national stations.
Talk & music
What you'll hear
Hits from the seventies to the two-thousands, mostly international, wrapped in a four-hour live morning show. The house style is conversational and unhurried.
Is it any good for learning Portuguese?
The pace is the point: M80's presenters speak more slowly and finish more of their sentences than RFM's, which puts the same everyday, unscripted talk within reach a level earlier.
When to listen
Weekdays 07:00–11:00. Before seven it is one presenter and mostly records.
- Manhãs da m80 Weekdays 07:00–11:00
