What it actually is

José Maria Pimentel, an economist, has been running deep fortnightly conversations about science, society, economics and philosophy since 2017, and it is repeatedly ranked among the country’s top podcasts. Episodes are long and single-subject, which is ideal for a learner: the vocabulary repeats and the guest speaks in full paragraphs. Native speed and intellectually demanding, but the format does most of the work for you.
