Brazilian Portuguese with Sofia

What it actually is

Sofia films ordinary Rio life — a supermarket run, a story about going vegetarian, a football explainer — speaking only Portuguese and slowing down for learners rather than switching to English. Every video carries hand-made subtitles in a couple of dozen languages, which is unusually generous for a channel this size and makes it workable from the first weeks. New since 2025 and still small, so the back catalogue is thin compared with the Portugal-side channels.
