Portuguese with Eli

What it actually is

Eli has been publishing short spoken essays and situational lessons — taking a bus, making comparisons, Brazilian superstitions — since 2010, now well past 900 videos, all in Brazilian Portuguese with manually written Portuguese subtitles. The delivery is deliberately plain and unhurried, which is what makes it usable well before you can follow native-speed media. A one-person channel with a modest following; the audio quality is functional rather than polished.
