What it actually is

PÚBLICO’s channel leans toward reported pieces and longer interviews rather than rolling news, so sentences run longer and speakers finish their thoughts — easier to follow than a bulletin once you are past the intermediate wall. Marked pt-PT throughout, so YouTube’s own captions come out in European Portuguese.
